BD Polishing Wheels for Glass

Applications: 

BD Polishing Wheels are made from a mixture of polymer materials and fine-grained abrasives, it offers excellent polishing results.

It's typically used with BK/10S polishing wheels or as a finishing step after diamond grinding wheels.

For example, BD wheels are used in conjunction with flat diamond grinding wheels for polishing the edges of furniture glass.

BK Wheels for Glass Polishing 

Applications: 

BK polishing wheel is mainly used for glass polishing after glass grinding. There are two types: Cup wheel/Flat wheel.

It is particularly suitable for fine polishing, especially for fine polishing of furniture glass, decorative glass and craft glass.

Advantages:

BK polishing wheel has high wear resistance, is not easy to deform, and has good scratch removal characteristics. It can be installed on special-shaped machines and used for polishing various special-shaped glasses (such as round edges, OG edges, wave edges, etc.)

Notice: 

1. Before using a polishing wheel, carefully inspect the wheel for signs of damage (cracks, dullness, etc.).
2. Install the wheel in the correct position and on the appropriate machine, following the "rough polishing, fine polishing" process.
3. Selecting the appropriate speed is also crucial. Excessive speed and force can damage the wheel and even injure the operator.
4. The polishing wheel should be placed after the glass grinding wheel on the edger to polish and wipe the already ground glass.
