DISC MILL 

The equipment is mainly composed of main shaft assembly, grinding chamber assembly, servo drive mechanism, lubrication system and other related accessories. The equipment has compact structure, good rigidity, flexible and easy operation.

The equipment is a single-disc high-consistency mill, which is equipped with a straight shaft, and the main shaft and the rotating plate realize the axial movement under the action of the servo motor drive mechanism. The parallelism of the rotating plate and the static plate is high, which can meet the requirements of the rotating and static grinding discs under working conditions. The main motor transmits the power to the main shaft through the coupling.

In the grinding chamber assembly, the grinding body and the grinding cover are connected by bolts, and the grinding body cover can be quickly opened when replacing the grinding disc, which saves working time and can achieve fast and correct installation and reset.

The lubrication system supplies oil to the main bearings via a separate oil pump motor. The lubrication system has the functions of alarm and automatic shutdown. When the lubricating oil temperature exceeds the warning value, or the lubricating oil pressure is lower than the warning value, the system will alarm first and then automatically stop.
