2. How many of the Heat/steam generation inside refiner?

It is different on different customer production line.

Based on following case, customer used 45 days.

 

One of customers who is using  48" now using our refiner plate.

Firstly the vibrating 0.6mm/s   generally capacity 11-17 bdmt/h. 

But this customer produced to 21.6 T/h, so the vibrating to 1.3mm but the power roughly 95KW h/t. 

Used our refiner plate total 45days then replace new.
This case for your reference.

Heat/steam generation depends on previous process, pressure differential setting, cooking temperature, screw feeder compression ratio/humidity of wood chips.
