Manufacturing Process:

Laser Engraving: After the ceramic coating is applied, a laser is used to engrave microscopic cells or cavities on the surface of the roll. The high stability of the laser power and the accuracy of computer control ensure that the cells have a precise shape, size, and arrangement.
Technical Parameters:
Screen Count (LPI): The number of lines per inch (LPI) can range from 80 to 2000 or more2. Higher LPI values are suitable for printing fine - detail images and high - resolution graphics.
Diameter and Width: The diameter of ceramic gravure rolls typically ranges from 25 to 600 mm, and the maximum effective width can reach up to 5500 mm.
Cell Shape and Angle: Common cell shapes include hexagon, diamond, and tri - helical. The cell angle can be 30°, 45°, 60°, or other special angles according to specific printing requirements.
