FAQ

1. Regarding 54" mdf refiner plate, what is the Average power consumption/set? 

At normal times, 85-100 kWh/t. But it is different based on different customers production line.

The figure is fluctuating and depends on wood mix, screw feeder speed, boiling time.

If you add more high density hardwood, the fiber production would increase, pulling down the kWh/ton.

2. What is the Total Fibre production/set for 54" refiner plate?

Normally  54" capacity 25bdmt/h but your refiner zone 50" roughly 20bdmt/h.  Just for your reference.

3. What is the No load Power of huatao mdf refiner plate?

Attached photos for your reference. One of our customers who is producing the 9.9T/h  72kwh/t one his production line.

4. What is the Huatao Vibration comparison with Andrit segment?

Almost same as Andrit, 0.6mm/s. Because each set of refiner plate willdo the dynamic balancing test. Then will deliver to customers.

5. How many of the Heat/steam generation inside refiner?

Heat/steam generation depends on previous process, pressure differential setting, cooking temperature, screw feeder compression ratio/humidity of wood chips. 

6. How long time working of HUATAO Refiner plate?

It is different on different customer production line. Based on following case, customer used 45 days.

 

One of customers who is using Andrit 48" now using our refiner plate.

Firstly the vibrating 0.6mm/s   generally capacity 11-17 bdmt/h. 

But this customer produced to 21.6 T/h, so the vibrating to 1.3mm but the power roughly 95KW h/t. 

Used our refiner plate total 45days then replace new.

7. What is the huatao mdf refiner plate material and how much it can reach ?

The material is high chrome alloy with Cr 29% and hardness can reach 63HRC.
