Long Forming Belt for Wood-Based Panel Manufacturing

The Forming Belts are used in the forming section of the production process of wood-based panel, like MDF, HDF, THDF, PB, OSB, SPB, MDP and other wood boards.

For example in the production of MDF, the laying process is to spread wood fiber or other plant fiber evenly on the conveyor belt for subsequent forming and pressing. In this process, the spreader belts play a key role, ensuring the uniform distribution and appropriate thickness of the fiber, which is crucial to the quality and performance of the final product.

Forming Belts has strong structural stability, easy deviation correction and strong wear resistance, which effectively prevents the belt from running off the track and improves work efficiency. The joints can be steel clamp joints, spiral ring joints, etc.

Forming Belt have two kinds:

1. PU Long Forming Belt for Continuous Press Machine

2. Polyester Forming Belt for MDF Multi-Stage Press Machine
Most people donnot know the polyester forming belt for the Multi-Stage Press Machine, which is different from the PU forming belt. But most MDF and Particle Boards keep the Multi-Stage Press Machine now, for t continuous press machine are expensive.
