Description of Electromagnetic induction Heating Roller :
Common heating methods for hot rolls include electric heating, thermal oil heating, water heating, and steam heating, with thermal oil heating rolls being the most popular. However, thermal oil heating rolls require a large floor space, consume a lot of energy, are difficult to maintain at temperatures above 250°C, are prone to oil leakage, and can easily coke over time, affecting temperature uniformity. Consequently, their use is subject to numerous restrictions. Electromagnetic induction heating rolls are a new heating method for hot rolls that not only provide high and uniform temperatures, but are also clean and energy-efficient, and can be used for processing a variety of high-end materials.

Electromagnetic Induction Heating Roller feature:
1.Roller shell is heated in electromagnetic field,withthe temperature range in 50~420℃
2.High-precision temperature control,and uniform surface temperature distribution
3.Electricity is the only power source for induction heating roller.So there is no need for additional facilities or special construction.The equipment requires minimal space and is easy to operate
